Please note: All fax bookings will be confirmed with a telephone or fax call, to confirm your reservation. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours, please notify us directly by telephone or fax.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Upon confirmation of your guaranteed reservation, you have 48 hours prior to your check-in date of arrival to contact us to change or cancel your booking.
Please contact us using our toll free number 1-800-287-7107.
In the event you do not arrive on the date of your booking and we have not received cancellation from you, you will be charged 1 nights accommodation.

Reservations without a credit card are not guaranteed and we
will only hold the room until 6 p.m. of the date of your arrival.
